Returns & Refunds

1. Damaged or wrong order can be returned within two working days of receipt. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour , choice or handwork.

2. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused , unwashed, unworn & undamaged by you.

3. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

4. We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customised items under any circumstances since all the items have been customised as per your request and post approval.

5. If you wish to modify your order please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request.
